1. Business Idea Description
Mobile EV Charging Stations (MEVCS) offer an innovative solution for electric vehicle (EV)
owners, precisely the challenges of lack of access to suitable charging stations. The mobile ondemand, mobile charging units supplied by MEVCS travel to the customer locations for
convenient, fast EV charging. This service will eliminate range anxiety, shorten wait times, and
make experiencing an EV better, which is in line with Saudi Arabia’s sustainable transport goals.
2. Industry and Market Analysis
At the same time, the global electric vehicle market is growing exponentially to reach 51 million
BEV sales by 2035. With the rise in demand for EVs, no matter how fast, charging infrastructure
will need to keep up. Complementary to available permanent fixed stations are the mobile EV
charging stations (MCSs), which bring mobility, flexibility, and cost efficiency. The topic of
sustainable transportation is pertinent to Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia. In areas where charging
infrastructure is not available, MCSs can be used to ease peak demand and reduce stress on the
grid.
3. Target Customers
The main customers of MEVCS are electric vehicle owners, especially in urban areas or remote
places where there is not enough fixed charging infrastructure. Additionally, the service will
target tourists moving through Saudi Arabia as well as corporate and business fleets and
companies that want to make use of EVs more effectively.
4. Marketing Strategy
Through an easy-to-use app, MEVCS will provide an on-demand mobile charging service to
customers by way of requesting charging units as needed. The pricing is competitive, with a payper-charge and a subscription plan for businesses and regular users. Initially, the service will be
offered in key urban cities and tourist areas in Saudi Arabia. Social media campaigns, EV
manufacturers’ partnerships, and the government’s initiatives promoting sustainable transport
will be the areas of promotion for this product.

5. Value Propositions
By offering convenience, mobility, and flexibility of charging where and when it is needed,
MEVCS provides users with a means to complete charging duties wherever they may be. This will
help reduce range anxiety as power take-off will take place when required, reducing charging
wait time and supporting the Saudi Vision 2030 goals for sustainable transport and green energy
solutions. MEVCS utilizes renewable energy sources to align with environmental sustainability
goals.
6. Financial Plan
Investment in mobile charging units, the mobile app development, and the deployment of the
first fleet are what is involved with the initial start-up cost. In a pay-per-charge model,
subscriptions for businesses will also be revenue generators, as well as corporate partnerships.
As the mobile charging market grows, the business is anticipated to break even in 2- 3 years.
7. Operations Plan
The charging services will be operated through a centralized mobile app in which customers will
pre-determine the services as per location and demand. Maintenance of fleet reliability will be
provided, while mobile units will be dispatched to these locations. Operational efficiency and
timely service delivery will be secured by logistics optimization.
8. Risk Management Plan
It entails risks of low adoption in areas of low EV usage, high initial costs, and competition from
fixed charging stations. To reduce these, the business will concentrate on strategic Government
partnerships, targeted marketing, and EV infrastructure expansion.
9. Future Plans
MEVCS is looking to expand in other Gulf countries, adopting renewable energy solutions such
as solar power and increasing its operations for major global events like Expo 2030 and World
Cup 2034.
10. Project Implementation Plan/Timeline
Phase 1: Register the business and ensure legal compliance, develop and test the prototype in
Riyadh, and launch a beta version of the app. (0-6 Months)
Phase 2: Deploy operations across major Saudi cities, initiate marketing efforts, and establish
partnerships. (6-12 Months)
Phase 3: Expand into GCC countries, and integrate operations with renewable energy grids. (1-3
Years)
